First Letter from Elder Payne

Its me again Elder Payne!Haha!Why am i not Surprised that you sent somebody to check on me!Haha! The only time we can email is on P day. Im doing pretty good having ups and down about coming home but i think i will be ok. I just got to have patience and take it one day at a time. I never really realize that the scirptures can help get through rough times when your kind of alone. Dad you were right about never have a bond of guys than now. I can really feel the bond out of my district. Haha! Yall want me to come back skinny and yall are sending me candy. Please don't send candy. Ask Levi what jerky he sent me. I really liked that kind. Im trying to eat healthy! So be happy! Ive learned so much and my testimony has grown a lot this past week! So I know that this is where im suppose to be! If I can get through it. Miss yall much more than ever! Love Ya'll!


(Side note: For those of you who don't know, some of Drew's and Dad's favorite books are Hank the Cowdog. At the beginning of each book, Hank always starts off by saying, "It's me again, Hank the Cowdog." So that's why Drew started off his letter that way...I'm sure we'll see more of this.)
