Its me again! Elder Payne!
Life is pretty good! Went on exchanges twice this past week, and I had to stay in my area. I didn't really like making all the decisions. Then i feel like its my fault if we don't get very many lessons that day. We had interviews with President Seal last Thurday, and those are always good. 2 more weeks, and a transfer will be up. He said Elder Davis will be leaving. President said i'll probably just stay one more transfer. I would say Saterday has been the worst heat wave so far. Luckly 2 of the appointments were inside where it was cool! I enjoy riding my bike. It sure is a lot easier than it was 2 months ago! People and there beer. We visited an inactive Saterday night, and he was drunk enough. He said he only drinks on Friday. Haha! It was an interesting visit with him. We have to move AnJunea date back another week, because she didn't make it to church. I got her scriptures Thurday, and they look way nice! We got to meet with Ray and Cherie yesterday. We watched President Monson speak; Looking Back Moving Forward. They really liked it, and understands why we need a prophet. My studies are doing well. I read a chapter everyday in the Book of Mormon,s ince the first time i mostly read words. I understand whats going on now. Im in Mosiah 19. Abinadi just got killed, and Alma ran off from King Noah, and starts preaching the people. Nice that I can pretty much remember everything I read. Elder Davis thinks Im wasting my time since i always can't something out ofthe chapter i read. I always try too. I feel like I should keep reading. Im also reading in 3rd Nephi when Christ is here in America. Then I just study whatever lesson I feel like i need to work on. I heard Batman was way good! There was a High School Musical this past weekend. There's a 18 yr old in our ward named Jon that has cancer, and he got to go meet Jeff Gordan! Jon asked for a Book of Mormon so he could give it to Jeff! He wrote his testimony in it, and gave itto Jeff Gordon! No pictures showed up on the computer. The Lady were living with in the back is gone to see her mom and she asked the post office to hold the mail. So we go to the post office every couple days. I did get Lyle letter, and Karan package. Its always exciting to get a package no matter whats in it. I got Lyles letter last week but I chose to sleep instead of writing right back. I wrote him, and Karan today. I was so tired yesterday! I was wanting to fall asleep the whole time! Haha! I almost fell asleep in one of the prayers! Haha! Sleep is too precious to me! I think Im starting to wake up at 6:30 beforethe alarm goes off. So Im not sure if Im going to like that. Take care Ya'll!
