Its me again Elder Payne!
Life is pretty good! The weather is starting to get pretty nice here! Not that humid anymore! I haven't paid that much attention to the leaves or my eyebrows yet. Haha! I'll back to ya on that. Theres about 200 people active in the church. We live in a basement with some members. I like living there. Were about 12 miles from Osage Beach, and 3 miles from Camden. On a good day we drive about 50-70 miles. Our area is the biggest in the mission. Were the only one that cover the area. During church yesterday I got a note from the bishop saying. " If bro. Petterson doesn't take the whole time Im going to ask you to come up and bear my testimony." Luckly Bro. Petterson took the whole time! Just have to worry about it next week! Haha! One week down of eating out! Im already tired of it. Im going to have to use my debit card quite a bit while im here. That will be the only reason Ill be glad to leave. Were teaching about 13 Jamaicans. They all live in the same apartment complex. We call it Little Jamaica! Everytime we go there. They are jaming to Jamaican music! Its pretty cool going there. The Jamaicans are under contract here so they are here to work. they can never get off work to go to church. We told President Seal about it, and he said Bring church to them. So Elder Kimball and I are going to put on our own little sacrament meeting. I remember being at Sonny's and being sick. We slept down stairs in the basement. Speaking of Darrel and Sandy. That they bring bbq sauce up with them? Ill send pictures next week. I still need totake a few more. Ya'll also need to send pictures every once in awhile also. When the moments are right. Well I reckon thats about it for now. Im sure I will think of something to say after I log off.
