Its me Again! Elder Payne!
This week was pretty good! Its been raining quite a bit this week. We've had some flooding in some of the areas. It rained on friday quite a bit; so it wasn't that fun riding in it. After lunch that day we went to a member home, and watched a confrence talk till it quite raining. We go there when it rains. Haha! We had our interiviews with President Seal on Wednesday. It went well! Friday is tranfer days. Saturday was so long! I didn't think the day would end! So our district leader, and one of the other elder in the district is going somewhere else. Elder Davis is now going to be the district leader, so that will be different. At the end of this week will be the end of my 9th week into my mission! 1 tranfer down 16 more to go! Every day except for on Mondays we have a exchange that takes us out to our appointments. Thats so nice. Haha! Watch in the next area we won't get a exchange except for like once or twice a week. The only movie we can really watch is the Best Two Years. The Work and the Glory was bannded not too long ago. We don't really have time anyway. Last Saturday we OTM a guy named Ray, and he told us to come back. We gave him a Book of Mormon last week, and told him about it. When we were there yesturday they had the house clean and the dogs gone for us. They were ready for us to teach! We him and his wife a 1st! Ray believes the Book of Mormon is true! We asked him to be baptize and he accepted! His wife is thinking about it, but i believe she will come through! And we asked them to come to church! So we invited them to baptisms andchurch on the first Lesson! It was so Sweet! I reckon thats about it for the past week. Love Ya'll!
